I’ve seen this at least 5x, and reblog it each time.
If you ever think that what you’ve lost “isn’t much”, take a look at this. I’ve lost about 30lbs, and I get hard on myself sometimes thinking it’s hardly a difference, but even if your body doesn’t show it as much as you’d like, you’d removed one of these awful globs off of your body, and away from your internal organs.
I’m bad with typing today, but essentially, any loss is a good loss, and you need to remember the health effects this has as well. Who really wants one of these sitting on their body? Not me.
I have 5 bottom shelves and 1 medium shelf to lose. My poor body :( If I ever need motivation, here it is. I AM DOING THIS NO MATTER WHAT!
I’ve lost 50lbs. looking at it like this makes me be like OMG! still have 30ish to lose too.
This makes me feel good about myself :)
woohooo 25lbs down, about 20lbs to go!
I’ve lost about one of both of the bottom two shelves (: still have about one more of the second to last shelves to go :D (33 pounds down, 18 to go)
I’ve lost 25 lbs.. I wish I felt it and saw it e_e about 20 more to go

I can’t imagine what my new body is going to look like. I have been overweight my entire life. I think the only pictures I have of myself where I wasn’t huge are from kindergarten. When I look back at that sweet little girl with the big smile, it breaks my heart that I let her turn into such an obese adult. Because I know that’s never what I wanted or expected my life to turn into.
I can’t wait to change and see who I’m really supposed to be.
Same here. We can do this.
